New Year's Resolutions

 As the new year approaches you are probably making a checklist in your head of things you can improve in your life. But as we all know, keeping up with you goals and aspirations can be tough to do sometimes. In a couple of days you can walk by any fitness center and you will see people packed like sardines trying to keep their new year's resolution of working out everyday. I too am guilty of this and if you are like me, you probably set all these goals, keep up with them for a couple of months and then completely forget about them or become unmotivated.
