Acai me

 One easy way to kick start your healthy eating habit is to start your day off with a good mindset. Smoothies or Acai bowls are always a good call! A couple of people asked me where my Acai bowl on my Instagram post was from and for the first time I could say that I made it myself!

1/2 cup of Fancy Berry Medley (Trader Joe's)
2 cups of Almond Milk
1 banana
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Pumpkin Flax Granola
1/2 cup Baker's shredded coconut
2 tbsp. honey
