What I eat & Free Printable


I don't know about you guys, but I feel like time has flown by and January was just around the corner. I can't believe its already March and bikini season is here! Instead of starving yourself or attempting all liquid diets I have created a free printable for those of you who are trying to shed a couple pounds before Spring Break and Coachella!
I have found that it is easier to limit your food intake when you track your progress. Because lets be real... no one wants to be logging all the hot cheetos, candy, and late night snacks they ate on "a cheat day." If you want to follow along and keep yourself accountable to make better choices print this out!
